Delivery

Bruce Russell & Son ship to the Channel Islands and worldwide. All orders are carefully prepared, packaged and dispatched from our complex in Guernsey via Royal Mail.

Orders under £50

Delivery is £6 and items will be dispatched via Royal Mail Signed For. VAT will be pre-paid, your order will be fully insured and a signature will be required upon delivery.

Orders over £50

Delivery is FREE and items will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery. VAT will be pre-paid, your order will be fully insured, tracking will be provided and a signature will be required upon delivery. Items dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery are typically delivered next working day following dispatch.

Royal Mail Delays

Royal Mail has strikes planned over the coming months which means orders could arrive a little later than normal. Rest assured, we’re working to minimise the disruption to our customers over this period. Hopefully this shouldn’t affect the delivery of your order but if you do require your order without disruption, please contact us.

Delivery Times

Orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours (Monday – Friday) once payment has been received.

We also offer a FREE ‘Click & Collect’ service for customers living in Guernsey, Channel Islands.
